Apple using 'aggressive' lobbying to fight off App Store prohibitive legislation in several states

Several US states have proposed legislation that would change the App Store's policy and force Apple to allow third-party app stores, as well as modify the 30% infamous 'Apple Tax'. Apple is lobbying against it.
