Blame Apple and Google for the Pegasus phone hacks, say Telegram and WhatsApp chiefs

Telegram's founder goes as far as claiming that Apple and Google are purposefully leaving backdoors in iOS and Android like the one Pegasus used for security agencies to exploit.
