Apple's iOS weather app won't post a temperature of 69 degrees

Apple's own Weather app won't show a temperature of 69 degrees. Instead, it will display a temperature of 68 or 70 degrees. It isn't clear whether this is a bug or an attempt to keep the app from being the butt of sexual humor.
