Verizon loses more postpaid phone subscribers as 5G battle heats up during Q1

During the first quarter from January through March, Verizon lost 178,000 phone subscribers more than expected by Wall Street analysts. The carrier paid the FCC $45 billion for the winning bids it made during the C-Band mid-range auction.
